Keinosha helps individuals have healthy necessary conversations about life not lived and the dangers it causes of being a prisoner in your own head.
After becoming a Teen Mother with Three, all before the age of 19. Keinosha experienced molestation, struggling with depression, complex PTSD , anxiety, abandonment, anger, resentment, guilt, shame, feeling unworthy, not being able to forgive and being an alcoholic for several years caused an emotional war mentally and physically because of the cards that were dealt and not on her behalf. She knows first-hand what your life experiences are like.
Keinosha, is former Law Enforcement for the Department of Juvenile Justice. She is currently employed and is the Founder & CEO of Your Safe Havenn, Inc and Keinosha K, LLC- Becoming Beautifully Healed W/The Keinosha K. Experience headquarter in the state of Georgia. Keinosha education and experience is in education, law enforcement and mental health.
After being emotional trauma induced by multiple events, Keinosha hit rock bottom and her journey to healing took place. The mission of Keinosha’s brand is to help individuals tend to their inner soul, get comfortable with their truth, discover who they’re, who they want to become and be their whole entire self. Keinosha wants people to meet and discover themselves at face value. She wants them to live and not exist.
