Founder/Chief Executive Officer
of Serving Women Across Generations
Kathi Muhammad is the founder and
CEO of the non-profit organization; Serving Women Across Generations (S.W.A.G). She retired from the Federal Government with
30 years of service in 2014. During her years with the Department of
Defense, she served as the Chief of Administrative Services and as a Combined
Federal Campaign Loaned Executive. She was awarded the Office of
Secretary of Defense Award for Excellence based on her accomplishments.
She is the recipient of the coveted Office of the Secretary of Defense
Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service. She received her Master’s Degree in
Administration and Leadership. Kathi is a co-author of 2 books Daily Dose of Declarations and The
Power of Sisterhood. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and Sisters 4 Sisters Network Inc. Kathi is the 2019
recipient of the Deborah C.Offer Bulgin Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence
Award. She is an actress and model. Kathi is a world traveler, avid reader and
she is actively involved in community service.
