(16) OF 122 FEATURED BLACK AUTHORS FROM AROUND THE WORLD MEET AUTHOR MONIQUE DUELL


 


Monique Duell is a mom, caregiver, international speaker, minister of the gospel and author. She released her first children’s book, Jeremiah the Jackrabbit in September 2021. She also wrote Handicapped Mom: Lessons I Learned Through Cerebral Palsy and How Do I Handle a Special Needs Child? She co-authored The Power of God Daily Devotional II and 50 Shades of Pink: A Healing Journey to Self-Love. Monique was featured on the PIC TV Network’s first ever virtual book fair, which streams on Roku TV. She now serves as the DMV Business Manager. In addition to TV, Monique has been interviewed on several radio and podcast platforms, including Bust a Move With Pam Reece, Wanda’s Warriors Live with Wanda Briscoe and Kingdom Talk Broadcast Radio with Dr. Nicckay Natson, just to name a few. She was in the November 2021 issue of Faith Heart Magazine as a “Woman Who Is Changing the Face of Ministry”. Monique was also featured in Legacy in the Making Magazine as a, “Brilliant Author”. Monique is the Founder of This Ability LLC, an organization that provides advocacy, education, support and resources for special needs families in PG County MD.
She was one of the conference speakers at the Faith and Mental Health Summit 2022, where she ministered on Caregiver C.P.R., a presentation about caregiver burnout. Monique is the Associate Pastor of God’s Endtime Deliverance Ministries Baltimore-Washington region under the leadership of Apostles Philip and Verna Williams. Under the leadership of Pastor John and Lady Trina Jenkins, Monique was presented the 2016 Grace Girl Award in the ‘She Overcomes’ category during FBCG’s He Loves Me Women’s Conference for her perseverance over extreme hardships. Monique is also a podcaster. Her riveting podcast, ‘Having a Moment with Moni gives us a raw, transparent and intimate look into her life as she navigates through life as a special needs parent. Her podcast is streaming on all major platforms, including Apple Podcasts, iHeart, and Spotify. Her brand new radio show bearing the same name streams every Friday from 1-3 pm on Rebel Radio on live365.com.
