2020- #155-UP CLOSE & PERSONAL W/ AUTHOR Nicole M. Folson.



Nicole Marie Folson is a wife, mother, educator, entrepreneur, and public servant.  She was born in Springfield, Ohio, lived abroad in Madrid, Spain, and then returned to Huber Heights, Ohio where she grew up.  Nicole is a graduate of Wayne High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education degrees from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. She is currently an Early Childhood Education Coach with Mississippi Action for Progress, Inc. Head Start.

     This first-time author is actively involved in her community and wears many hats.  Nicole is a City Council Member, where she serves as a positive representative and voice for all community members, serving with honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm.  She is also an active member of her church (Greater Sanders Chapel) and serves on community committees and boards.  She is currently the Ultimate Queen Ambassador for the Tri-Lakes St. Jude Research Hospital Pageant.  She is also the Mrs. Yalobusha County Preliminary winner for the Magnolia State Pageant.

     Nicole's hobbies include reading, traveling, fashion modeling, networking, and encouraging youth and other women to be the best that they can be.  She is the franchise owner of L.P. Etiquette by Nicole in the state of Mississippi.  She believes in Empowering, Enriching, and Encouraging youth one please, and thank you at a time.  

     Nicole resides in Mississippi with her husband and three children. Spending time with her family and raising her children is what she enjoys the most.  "Train up a child in the way he should go:  and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6 (KJV)
